During COVID I had the luxury of taking part in a Digital Equity effort for the elders that the agency I worked for served. We were able to conduct a 10-week training on how to use an IPAD and were able to gift them one based on the funding we had. The more and more elders that took the class, the more and more their frustrations were voiced as to how they are treated with their technology. Everyone from a store employee to a family member have been unhelpful in getting them to understand their technology better. I have a vast amount of knowledge with devices, and a great deal of patience and customer service skills. So why not put that to use for you?
There is nothing worse than having something you can’t use or have no idea how to use. It is even more frustrating to have people give you the wrong information simply so they can move you along or push to the next person. I and this company will always put your needs first, the biggest barrier are your fears. Once we knock those down, we can ensure that you feel better about the devices you use. We want you to be able to annoy those family members that would not give you the patience you deserve. We want a city full of elders using their technology no different than their younger counterparts. Our goal every day is to Empower the elders of today, for the technology of tomorrow!
